Theodore Chai

Associate

Theo is an Associate at Carriage Hill, where he supports the firm’s M&A efforts through industry research, deal origination, and transaction execution. Prior to joining Carriage Hill, he interned at Sun M&A, where he supported sell-side M&A transactions for founder- and family-owned businesses. He also interned at Maxim Group, where he supported equity and debt capital markets transactions for healthcare and biotechnology companies, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs and private placements, and SPAC-related transactions. 

Theo earned his B.S. in Global Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business
